Your filters, your criteria, every chart reviewed.

Follow the flow from the start: create an audit filter, define its criteria and its output, then let Chart-Shark produce the chart review for your nurse to approve.

01 · Create a filter

You create your audit filters.

Your PI team adds each audit filter to Chart-Shark as a node: ACS, NTDS, state requirements, hospital policies, or anything you wish to track.

No match, so you create it. New node opens the node editor, below.
02 · Define the criteria

You author your own criteria.

You define your own goal, method, and criteria for your audit filters. Chart-Shark follows your direction.

03 · Define the output

You author your filter output.

You define your output detail and Chart-Shark retrieves it for you. Output detail can include which criterion was met, why the audit filter was flagged, and any other detail you wish to collect.

One node, written top to bottom.
04 · Produce the chart review

Every chart, checked against every filter, and written up.

Charts arrive over HL7 FHIR. Chart-Shark reads the whole record, including scanned documents and the handwritten trauma flowsheet, runs your filters, and compiles the review.

Your flagged filters.

Each flagged filter shows how your criteria was met, and returns the output you defined.

Your narrative.

Your timeline.

Ask Sharkie anything.

Sharkie reads the whole encounter and every filter's verdict. Ask about documents, timing, labs, or why a filter flagged, and get the answer in the format you ask for.

One question, answered from the chart.

Your nurse makes every determination.

Your reviewer clears or corrects each finding. Nothing closes until a person approves it, and every read, draft, and edit is timestamped and attributable.
